Translation of My Sequence Caption
At Roslagsbanan, train drivers and train hosts have long worked in symbiosis. Train drivers have described it as a kind of rhythm with which they together conduct the trains. But the duties of train hosts have over time become increasingly narrowed. In addition, new trains bring technologies considered sufficient to eliminate the need for train hosts in general. Many at the railway express concerns about this 'development'. The future of train hosts is becoming increasingly uncertain, and with this, the working environment of train drivers as well. Working conditions and everyday lives are consequently in a process of change, with those concerned wondering what their future may look like. The catch-words of technological development are 'efficiency' and 'success', but what happens with the human being whose body is replaced by that technology?
